Website Rebuild

A Website That Actually Ranks

Most small business websites are one page pretending to be ten. Google has nothing to rank you for. We build real pages—one for every service—so you show up when people search.

The problem: one-page sites don't rank

Open the website of most local trades businesses and you'll find the same thing: a single long homepage with a photo of a truck, a paragraph about the owner, a list of services, and a phone number. It looks fine. It also gives Google almost nothing to work with.

Search engines rank pages, not businesses. When someone searches “emergency plumber near me” or “kitchen remodel contractor,” Google looks for a page that answers exactly that. If your only page tries to cover drain cleaning, water heaters, repiping and emergency calls in a single scroll, it never becomes the best answer to any one of them. A competitor with a dedicated page for each service wins the search, even if you do better work.

That's how you end up on page two: not because you're a worse business, but because your website is a brochure and theirs is a set of answers.

Our approach: a page for every service, built for phones first

We rebuild your website from the ground up as a real multi-page site. Each service you sell gets its own page with its own headline, plain-language explanation, the areas you serve, common questions, and a clear next step. Your homepage becomes the front door that points to those pages instead of trying to be all of them at once.

Most local searches happen on a phone, so every page is designed for a thumb on a small screen first: large tap targets, a click-to-call button that stays in reach, short forms, and pages that load quickly on a mobile connection. Desktop follows from that, not the other way around.

What you get

Every rebuild includes the pages a local business actually needs:

  • A homepage that says who you are, what you do and where, within the first screen
  • A dedicated page for every service you offer, written around how customers search for it
  • An about page that shows the people and credentials behind the business
  • A contact page with a form, click-to-call, hours and a map
  • A booking or call path built to work on a phone, wired to your calendar or phone line
  • Location or service-area pages where they make sense for your market
  • Copy written in plain language. You'll approve every page before it goes public

Everything here is included in one flat monthly price.

Technical details, handled

The parts you shouldn't have to think about are built in from day one:

  • Mobile optimization: responsive layouts tested from small phones to wide desktops
  • Page speed: optimized images, lean code and fast hosting so pages load quickly on 3G and 4G
  • Structured data: schema markup for your business, services and FAQs so search engines and AI tools understand each page
  • Clean structure: one clear heading hierarchy per page, descriptive titles and meta descriptions, a sitemap and internal links between related pages
  • Accessibility: readable contrast, keyboard navigation and alt text, so more people can use your site

You keep everything we build

Every page we write and build stays yours. If you cancel, the site doesn't disappear and it isn't held for ransom. You keep the pages, the copy and the content, and we'll help you move hosting if you want to. That's part of what “built, not bought” means: the work is an asset you own, not a rental.

Your domain name also stays registered in your name the whole time. We work on your behalf; we don't take ownership of anything that belongs to your business.

Questions About Website Rebuild

How many pages will my new website have?

It depends on how many services you offer and where you work. A typical local business ends up with a homepage, one page per core service, an about page, a contact page and any service-area pages that make sense, usually somewhere between 8 and 20 pages.

Will my current website address change?

No. The rebuilt site runs on your existing domain. Where old page addresses change, we set up redirects so existing links and rankings aren't lost.

Do I have to write the content myself?

No. We write the pages based on a short conversation about your business, and you approve everything before it goes live.
