The things people ask before they get started
How long until I see results?
Your new pages and Google Business Profile go live within about a week, after you approve them. Ranking changes then build over the following weeks, which is why the guarantee window is 90 days. We can't promise a specific position, and we won't pretend to. The weekly report shows you exactly what is moving.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your current website address (if you have one), manager access to your Google Business Profile, a list of the services you want to be found for, and a few photos of your work and team. If you don't have all of that, we'll tell you what we can do without it.
What happens to my site if I leave?
You keep everything we build. Every page, every piece of copy, and your Google Business Profile stay yours. We don't hold your website hostage. We'll hand over the site files and help you move hosting if you want to.
What's included in the weekly ranking report?
A geographic ranking map of your service area showing where you appear in Google's local results at every point on the grid, plus the change since last week, your review count and rating, and a short note on what we did and what we're doing next. We send it every week, good news or not.
What if my ranking doesn't improve in 90 days?
You get a full refund of every month you've paid. We record your starting position in your first ranking report, and we compare where you stand at day 90 against that baseline. If it hasn't moved, you tell us and we refund you. You still keep the pages we built.
Do you buy or fake reviews?
Never. Our review system asks your real, happy customers automatically at the right moment. Responses to reviews are drafted for your approval before they post. Fake or purchased reviews violate Google's rules and can get your profile suspended.
